CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, please review my cancellation policy: 48 Hours Notice: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. I understand emergencies happen, and I will always do my best to be flexible. However, consistent cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
